Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Communo™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Account Registration

Residents must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

Community Conduct

Residents agree to interact respectfully with neighbors and the Community Team. Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, impersonation, spam, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Marketplace

Marketplace transactions occur directly between residents. Communo does not guarantee the quality, safety, delivery, condition, or legality of any item listed by users.

Guest Suite Reservations

Guest Suite reservations are subject to community policies, reservation approval, applicable fees, security deposits, cancellation policies, and resident eligibility.

Intellectual Property

Communo™ is proprietary software designed and developed by Toriano Tucker.

Except where otherwise noted, all original software, source code, application design, user interface, features, functionality, workflows, documentation, graphics created specifically for Communo™, and original written content are the intellectual property of Toriano Tucker and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Certain names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials displayed within Communo may belong to third parties, including property owners, communities, management companies, vendors, or partner organizations. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No portion of the Communo™ software may be copied, modified, reproduced, reverse engineered, redistributed, licensed, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or removed for violations of these Terms of Use, community policies, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Communo is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Communo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Communo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
